Cebula Camp 2026

Come build the Spirit d'Oignon with us!

We're looking for talks, panels and workshops for the 'Cebula Camp 2026' event taking place on 27-30.08.2026.

Our audience is interested in a wide variety of subjects, but we expect most talks to fall into the following categories:

  1. Hacking: technology in the broadest sense, from electronics and hardware to the analysis and understanding of how systems work.
  2. Art and society: reflections on the world around us, social and creative processes, and all kinds of interpretations of reality.
  3. Niche obsessions: stuff that really interests you and you just wanna tell the world about it.
  4. Art Installation: if you would like your creative work to become part of our event space.

If you've had some thoughts on the above which you'd like to present to our audience, submit a proposal! Even if you're not sure if it's the right fit - we'll help you decide or iron it out.

If you're a first time speaker, this is a great opportunity to try it out. We expect a very cozy and friendly atmosphere.

The following event types are available:

  1. Project show-and-tell: 15-20 minutes about any project - yours or someone else's.
  2. Talk: 45-60 minute deep dive.
  3. Panel discussion: 60 minutes discussion with multiple participants and a moderator. Please let us know if you already have candidates for these roles, or whether you're still looking for them.
  4. Lightning Talk: 5 minutes about anything and everything.
  5. Workshop: an interactive form of sharing knowledge.
  6. Art Installation: If you just want your artistic project to exist in our space to look at it.

Submissions are open until 20.07.2026 for all types other than lightning talks (which will be open throughout the event - but please submit early if possible so that we can plan a schedule!). We also invite you to take part in our call for art.

A submission does not grant access to the event! Please ensure you have a ticket for Cebula Camp before submitting a proposal.

Submissions close on 2026-07-20 23:59 (Europe/Warsaw), 1 month from now.
